PAYMENT AND ATTENDANCE POLICY
More bang for your buck! Lesson times have been extended to a full 45 minutes!
We have all been hit hard by what happened to our economy, we have all had to cut back on our expenses. Some students had to even drop out because they could no longer afford to continue, so in response and in an effort to help, I have extended lesson times by 15 minutes from 1/2 hour to a full 45 minutes!
Lessons are now only $25 for each 45 minute lesson!
Payments
Lessons are $25
for each 45 minute lesson. You pay for one block
of 4 lessons at a time, one per week, four per month. Payments must be made
in full and in advance, by the end of every fourth lesson. Each payment must be
made on time, as scheduled… no exceptions!
Four 45 minute lessons at $25 ea …….. $100 Payment can be
made with cash, check or by Visa or Mastercard.
Attendance To ensure steady
progress as musicians, students are expected to maintain consistent attendance.
Promptness for every lesson is essential to avoid cutting into another student’s
time slot. If you miss your lesson, cancel or are a no show, regardless of the
reason, you loose that lesson! Not only are you paying for the teachers time,
but also for your time slot that has been reserved for only you. If you can’t make
it to your lesson and need to cancel, simply call in advance. You
can pick up where you left off at your next scheduled lesson. Holidays, Special Occasions and
Illness There will be from time to time
special events or occasions, including illness where allowances and rescheduling
will need to be made. This applies to the teacher as well as the student and
will be dealt with on an individual basis. Rescheduling will be as fair and
equitable as possible, based on availability.
